Had an enjoyable Easter experience at a hotel with breathtaking views and a prime location in the heart of the city. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was top-notch with a $60 credit. The spa offered an extraordinary experience, with the masseur's exceptional service making my day.

The check-in process began on the wrong foot with the room being delayed for an hour and a half past the check-in time. The room's cleanliness was lacking with hair and dust found, and the mini-bar being not restocked properly. Despite numerous requests, the billing was not clear, leading to confusion during check-out.

Located in a great area offering remarkable views, guests can enjoy Flora Flora restaurant or dine in the comfort of their room with room service. The SPA is remarkable where guests can relax and receive amazing services. Guest rooms offer slippers and a robe to enjoy after a long day out.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean, and the staff were always courteous and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Although we arrived early in the morning after notifying the hotel of our SPA appointments, our room wasn't ready until 4:25 pm. There were a few oversights, like dust and hair by the door, urine under the toilet seat, and items missing from the mini bar.
